For a solo private lender who runs a seven-figure book on paper and memory: loan pipeline, borrower records, payment tracking, and document checklists in one clickable system — designed so a non-technical 65-year-old owner gets it with zero training. The working prototype is public (sample data, placeholder brand while the engagement finalizes).
A business-lifecycle advisory practice needed more than a brochure site: marketing pages, a stage-finder that routes owners to the right service, structured intake forms, a resource library, illustrative engagement journeys, a client-portal concept, and a bilingual community signup (English + Malayalam) with real database capture and email alerts.
Our founder's family runs a gas station — so we built the dashboard we wished existed: daily revenue-share reporting against a 9AM corporate deadline, lottery reconciliation, license and compliance tracking with renewal alarms, and shift task boards. Piloting internally through a full renovation and brand transition.
Built for a Tampa café owner we pitched: a single scrolling "ops cockpit" with a review-reply queue, wholesale order tracking, an Instagram content queue, and a listings monitor — the whole shop's digital chores in one morning glance. Re-skinnable per client in hours, not weeks.
Our own resale operation runs on AI we built: photograph a card (or a whole batch, or a lot), the app identifies it, writes the optimized title and description, and publishes the listing — fixed-price or auction. In daily production use with real listings and real sales. This is what "AI in production" looks like, not a demo.
A complete coaching platform: workout logging with timers, nutrition and macro tracking, weekly check-ins, challenges with a money-back accountability model, streaks, referrals, and a trainer command center with client risk alerts. Installable as a PWA and packaged for the iOS App Store.
Why the careful labels? Because you should be able to trust a consultancy's own website. Client results take time to accumulate — until ours are published with client permission, you get the builds themselves, clearly marked for what they are. Click them.
